The intensity of this fino is stunning, with subtle almond flavour and notes of citrus and white fruit.

Light, pale, fresh, crisp, a delightful summer aperitif, and like the Inocente, should be tried with fish, which it accompanies much better than many of the classic matches (Chablis, Sancerre etc...).

90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo. 30 months in big oak and bottle. Mid bricky red. Complex mix of fruit and more savoury notes as well as a touch of spice. Seems very youthful, with a long, spicy, smoothly textured finish.
