Two plots – Les Deux Terres – one more limestone, one more clay.
Nice, fresh lemony nose. Good weight to the fruit on the palate, lemons and spritzy green apples. Very harmonious. Lovely aperitif wine.

As always a wonderfully classic, yet engaging Chablis from Boudin. Aromas of oyster shell and Iodine, backed by rich citrus fruit, delicious weight and intensity, so good with smoked salmon or trout.
