Oh, the joys of rosé wine in the Summer time. Is there anything better than a nice chilled glass of rosé when the sun is shining? Or, even, when it's not. Of course, these days rosé is all about Provence and the bulk of this case is drawn from those lavender tinted hills. The iconic Made in Provence! Rosé with its shocking pink cork is the palest and lightest in the range, barely tinted in the glass, crisp and refreshing. Also from the same family is the cheeky Le Petit Diable - still bright and dry, and pale as the blush of a mildly embarrassed Jane Austin heroine, with a tickle of more vibrant red fruit and hint of ripe peaches. The king of Provençal rosés is Bandol Rosé, and the king of Bandol Rosés is Domaine Tempier. We only put one bottle into this case because you won't want to share it too widely - this is a sublime pleasure only for you and a significant other. You will also find in this case a bottle of Pinot Noir rosé from Sancerre in the Loire valley - all fresh and crisp with the gentlest overtones of strawberry - and a pink Prosecco for a little bubbly refreshment. And the case is completed with a few bottles of Domaine Ste Felix Rosé from the Languedoc. Simpler and more sharing with the neighbours friendly, but still light, dry and suitably pale.
