Releases continue this morning. Slight doubts in my mind about Cantemerle – as you will see from the note I only saw it once, and the sample may have been tired. Steven Spurrier, Neal Martin, Robert Parker ond other have all rated it very well.

91 – 93 (Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate)
90 – 92 (Neal Martin’s Wine Journal, erobertparker.com)

****17 (Steven Spurrier, decanter.com)

I’d still rather have Les Ormes de Pez for less, but it seems Cantemerle is in high demand, and it is, as Steve Spurrier says, a “southern Médoc” style.
We also have small volumes of Beychevelle – we need to contact last year’s customers first but if interested please get in touch.
