Terms of Offer

TO PLACE AN ORDER, please complete an order 'wish list' using the case quantity and the 'add' buttons by the listed wines, either against the in bond or duty-paid prices as appropriate. If you do not want to store the wines under bond choose the duty-paid option - see the note on delivery below

Since these wines are not physically here, when you click 'add' they will not appear under the usual 'My Order' tab, but in a list at the bottom of this page.

Prices: This is a primeur offer - all prices are quoted EXCLUDING VAT. The prices are per pack as detailed - so if a wine is listed in twelve-bottle cases, the price given is per twelve, or if listed in in six-bottle cases, the price given is per six, and so on.

Delivery costs: The in bond prices are for in bond delivery only - if you want to have the wine delivered duty-paid you will be invoiced at the Duty-Paid prices (+ VAT), but these will include all charges to the final destination in line with our normal Terms and Conditions. Under bond delivery to an Elephant storage account at Octavian Corsham is free, but under bond delivery to other bonds or accounts may incur additional charges - please ask at the time of ordering.

Payment: Orders will be invoiced for payment by cheque, cash, debit card or cleared funds to our account.

Delivery Timing: this is a primeur offer. The wines are not yet physically available, but will be shipped over the course of the next month, with delivery expected within the next six weeks.
