A family run bodega in the town of Muxika, between San Sebastian and Bilbao in Spain's Basque country. They have been in business since 2001 and have recently constructed a state of the art gravity-fed winery. The indigenous Hondarrabi Zuri grapes are grown on gentle south-facing slopes and picked by hand.
