The Cantina Valdadige is a cooperative right in the heart of of Verona's wine-growing country - with more than 200 partners - the fruit quality is always remarkably high. All of them are passionate vine-growers who have been able to create – with dedication and know-how - a paradise of vineyards at the foot of the valley hills. When the grapes are fully ripe, depending on the area and the grape variety, they are harvested manually. Pressing, processing and maturing of wines are supported by the use of modern technology, however the traditional principles underpinning quality are never overlooked. This means that the Pinot Grigio we have been shipping from here for 20 years is always a perfect example of what can be achieved here - classic, clean bright fresh Pinot Grigio - a true crowd-pleaser at a very pleasing price.
