From 4 hectares of vines, split between Nuits, Chambolle and the Hautes Cotes. Only three pigeage across its two week maceration. Very well structured for Bourgogne Rouge with lovely freshness and dense savoury fruit.

20-30% Pinot Blanc in the vineyard. Long fermentation, so still half-made when we tasted. Good volume and body, it's something a little different, but very likeable. Not very deep soils - it's on pebbles.
