Xavier Vignon is an oenologist whose laboratory works for many of the leading estates of the southern Rhône. He is passionate about the the terroir and style of the wines of the area, while at the same time believing that by selecting and blending different cuvées, grape varieties and estates, he can create a wine which is superior to any of its constituent parts. And he has been remakably successful in proving that he can do exactly that.
