50% whole bunch fermentation. Quite pale. Floral fruit - cherry bright. Very precise. Very supple tannins. Lovely, lovely balance and purity. The balance is such that you just want to gorge on it. L&S (Jan 2014)

Domaine Bruno Lorenzon
One of life's movers and shakers, Bruno was also involved in a cooperage and while he has now left, he retains the distribution rights in South Africa, where he also makes wine. His small domaine is kept like a garden, and he makes completely exceptional wines almost for the pleasure of being able to. Bruno says "emotion is the key" in making wine exciting.
