56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 1% Petit Verdot. Very satisfying Margaux at this level. Really soft fruit - but plenty of it in the nicely concentrated middle - framed with a good level of dusty mineral texture and grip to keep it well balanced and flowing nicely. This is a great buy for drinkers - one to pop in the cellar (in magnums?) and enjoy in the relatively short term. Rating: 90 L&S (Mar 2015)

The 2014 Angludet has a mature but fresh bouquet with effervescent red berry fruit, marmalade and light cedar-y scents. The palate is medium-bodied and lactic on the entry. It's missing a bit of freshness, with touches of leather and cooked meats towards the finish. I would drink this sooner rather than later. Tasted non-blind at the Southwold 10-Year-On tasting. Drinking range: 2024 - 2029 Rating: 85 Neal Martin, www.vinous.com (Mar 2024)
Good, deep, blackish ruby. Quite a bit of welcoming Merlot on the nose. Not the most concentrated but very nicely balanced with a light kick of tannin on the end. Good balance of fruit, maturity and price… Drinking range: 2016 - 2026 Rating: 16.5+ Jancis Robinson OBE MW - www.JancisRobinson.com (Jan 2019)
The 2014 d’Angludet has a light nose of red brambly fruit mixed with gravelly tones. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, cranberry and raspberry with a light, peppery and you might say, innocuous finish. This is quite forward but it has the substance to repay cellaring. Tasted blind at the annual Southwold tasting. Drinking range: 2019 - 2029 Rating: 86 Neal Martin, www.vinous.com (Mar 2018)
