Coloured by 6% still red wine made from a Champagne clone of Pinot Noir in this case but from 2020 it will be Pinot Noir Précoce. 46% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay, 18% Pinot Meunier. 85% 2018 wine and 15% reserve wine. Dosage 3g/l (their highest) at disgorgement on 8 November 2021. Mid salmon colour. Big and extremely fruity! Finish of sherbet and strawberry. Very distinct styles for all three main cuvées at Langham. Saline finish and quite assertive. Like the Corallian, this is a real wine, with bubbles. Long. Hint of beeriness. Still quite chewy.
