Blocked malo - aged in demi muids, 50% Roussanne 50% Marsanne. The nose is slightly closed at the moment, a touch of green tea and lime notes, on the palate it is bright and floral, with white flowers & citrus notes, light & floral with juicy notes, a real in change in style from the slightly fat but delicious 2020, the oak is really toned down, this is fab and confirms our believe in the project here. L&S (Oct 2023)

A delicious, textured and dense white with aromas of baked lemons, verbena, white flowers and raw almonds. It’s medium-bodied, creamy and seductive with a charming finish. Drink now. Rating: 90 Stuart Pigott, JamesSuckling.com (Jun 2024)
The 2022 Saint-Joseph Blanc Les Parcelles mixes 70% Marsanne with 30% Roussanne and checks in at 14% alcohol. Medium straw-yellow in color, it unwinds with shy lemon flesh, apple skin and honeysuckle aromas. Inviting and round, there’s solid persistence on the punchy finish, but a little more acidity would have helped to make the 2022 a bit fresher. Drinking range: 2023 - 2025 Rating: 88 Nicholas Greinacher - Vinousmedia.com (Mar 2024)
A gentle, attractive honeysuckle and apricot aroma. Medium-bodied, fresh and well balanced, with good acidity, intensity and focus; this a classic, harmonious, enjoyably drinkable St-Joseph to be drunk young. Fermented then aged for 10 months in barrel, some new, some two years old. Drinking range: 2023 - 2026 Rating: 93 Matt Walls, Decanter.com (Nov 2023)
Maison Bruyère & David
The best way to discover what is going on in a wine region is to eat and drink in the local restaurants and ask who’s up-and-coming. Our buyers were eating in Condrieu and having a refreshing beer after a hard day of tasting (it is thirsty work!) when they came across this new venture from friends Justin Bruyère & Sylvain David.
Their story is very simple one: two friends united by a passion for wine - as Justin says 'all beautiful projects are born around a glass of wine'.
Justin has deep roots within the region, his grandfather being Michel Delas of famed Hermitage name Delas Frères, whilst Sylvan brings a wealth of winemaking experience, most notably working in the cellars of Domaine des Terres Dorées in Morgon and also the brilliant Domaine Gerin in Côte-Rôtie.
These two relative youngsters in the region, have real passion, drive and enthusiasm and it shows in the wines.
