Intense and enveloping by smell, it releases all its alcoholic but not aggressive power by palate. It appears clear and crystalline and it gives off delicate and intense perfume which are typical of the distilled with soft smells of raisin and wild rose. Its flavour is enveloping, full and soft with long persistence by palate. Winemaker's notes (Nov 2019)
