The two younger, if younger is the correct description, wines in Gonzalez Byass' range of Las Palmas Finos, bottled straight from the cask, with no filtering or sterilisation (‘en rama’). The traditional 'palma' chalk mark is made on the barrel to indicate wines of exceptional finesse and delicacy of aroma with the youngest given 'una palma' and successive 'palmas' being added as the wines get older.
