Gentle, silk-velvet texture, lots of lush dark fruit, but the balance quite ´European’, if more Bolgheri than Bordeaux. Yummy.

Higher toned, more aromatic, more serious that the Ray Monde, possibly needing more time, more of a food wine - better but not quite as matey at the moment.

Pale ruby. Lively and fresh even if without intense character. Almost spritzig! Some rhubarb flavour. 12.5%
