Very ripe, this has considerable depth of black berry fruit (cassis) expression. Rich and round and chewy. Very gourmand, it stays nicely on the finish.

100% whole bunch. From Chabiots, Chatelots and Sentiers. Delicate freshness on floral fruit nose. It feels silky and fine, with a saline, rich, cool red petal and red fruit intensity in the middle. Lovely!
